Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has been under constant threat from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, and in response, the actor has taken serious steps to enhance his security. After receiving numerous death threats, Salman has now purchased a new bulletproof vehicle – a Nissan Patrol SUV, imported from Dubai. This addition to his security measures comes after repeated warnings from Bishnoi’s gang, who claim the actor is their next target.
High-Tech Bulletproof Car with Advanced Features
Salman Khan has reportedly bought this state-of-the-art Nissan Patrol SUV for Rs 2 crore, making it the third car in his security fleet, which already includes a Land Cruiser and another Nissan Patrol. This high-tech vehicle is specially equipped to ensure Salman’s safety. Features include bomb detection sensors, reinforced windows to protect from gunfire, and tinted windows to conceal the identity of anyone inside the car. These enhanced security measures reflect Salman’s increased need for protection due to the ongoing threats.
Threats Intensified After Baba Siddiqui’s Murder
The threats against Salman escalated after the murder of NCP leader Baba Siddiqui, a close friend of the actor. Lawrence Bishnoi took responsibility for the murder, citing Baba Siddiqui’s friendship with Salman as a reason for the attack. In a recent incident, the Bishnoi gang reportedly contacted Mumbai Traffic Police, demanding Rs 5 crore in ransom to end the enmity with Salman Khan.
Tight Security Measures for Salman Khan
In light of these threats, Salman Khan’s security has been heightened. On the set of ‘Bigg Boss 18’, where he continues to work despite the danger, around 60 guards were stationed to ensure his safety. The production team was instructed to remain on the set until filming was complete, and a special compound was prepared where Salman could stay under strict security.
Continuing Work Amid Danger
Despite the intense pressure and threats, Salman remains committed to his work. He resumed shooting for ‘Bigg Boss 18’ on October 17, filming the ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ episodes under heavy security. His determination to continue his professional commitments while taking steps to ensure his safety reflects his resilience in the face of danger.
