Salman Khan, the popular host of Bigg Boss 18, appeared visibly emotional during the ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ episode aired on October 19. The Bollywood star has been dealing with the tragic loss of his close friend, Baba Siddiqui, who was shot dead on October 12. The murder has deeply affected Salman, and to make matters worse, he has also been receiving threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, who claimed responsibility for the murder due to Siddiqui’s friendship with the actor.

Despite this double blow of grief and threats, Salman returned to the sets of Bigg Boss just five days after his friend’s passing, keeping his work commitments. His sadness was apparent throughout the episode, and even during Siddiqui’s funeral, Salman’s eyes were filled with tears, a reflection of the immense pain he was going through.

Salman’s Emotional Words on the Set

During the episode, Salman opened up about his inner struggles. He told the housemates that he didn’t want to meet anyone and didn’t even want to come to the set that day. The actor was trying to explain to contestant Shilpa Shirodkar, who had stopped eating after a disagreement with fellow contestant Avinash.

Salman shared, “I didn’t want to come here today. I didn’t want to meet anyone, including all of you. But there is work, and I have to do it.” His words were not just advice to the contestants but a reflection of the emotional burden he was carrying.

Salman Relates to the Pain of False Allegations

Salman also spoke about the impact of allegations and how they can affect someone’s family. While reprimanding contestants Rajat Dalal and Chum Darang for accusing Avinash of making the women in the house feel unsafe, Salman drew from his own experiences.

He said, “If someone is accused of such a thing, what happens to their family? Many allegations have been made against me as well, and I know how it feels. I know what my parents have had to go through.”

Salman’s words reflected his struggles, having faced multiple controversies and accusations throughout his career. The emotional toll of these experiences was evident in his voice as he spoke to the housemates.

Salman’s Hidden Grief Comes to the Surface

While trying to resolve issues between the contestants, Salman’s pain became apparent. At one point, he became emotional while addressing Arfeen Khan and Sara Arfeen Khan, who were refusing to take responsibility for mocking another contestant’s profession. After several attempts to make them understand, Salman gave up and said, “I swear to God, what is happening in my life, and here I am, trying to take care of you all.”

Salman’s emotional outburst gave viewers a glimpse into the personal challenges he is facing, yet he continues to show up for work, putting his professional commitments ahead of his own grief.

Salman’s Resilience in the Face of Tragedy

It was clear from the episode that Salman is trying to stay strong, but the loss of Baba Siddiqui and the ongoing threats have taken a heavy toll on him. His words and actions on the show reflected a man who is deeply hurt but still fulfilling his duties.

While Bigg Boss 18 continues to entertain audiences, this episode highlighted the human side of Salman Khan—one that is battling grief, emotional trauma, and immense pressure. His resilience, however, remains unshaken as he continues to engage with the housemates and viewers, even in the face of personal tragedy.
