The popular reality show, Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, is edging closer to its grand finale, with the top 5 contestants now revealed. With just a few weeks remaining, the battle for the title has intensified. The grand finale will be held on September 28, and the much-anticipated “Ticket to Finale” task took place in the latest episode aired on September 14. While some contestants excelled, others found the challenge too much to handle.
Shalin Bhanot Aborts the Stunt Midway
In the latest water-based stunt, Shalin Bhanot and Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia faced off for a chance to secure a place in the finale. The task required the contestants to perform inside a water tank filled with ice-cold water. The objective was to solve a series of puzzles while withstanding the freezing conditions for 10 minutes.
Nimrit, showcasing great resilience, managed to stay in the tank for the entire duration, solving six puzzles despite the chilling water making her fingers numb. She earned high praise from host Rohit Shetty for her determination and performance.
On the other hand, Shalin Bhanot aborted the stunt within seconds, citing discomfort and dizziness. He mentioned that his leg had gone numb and he couldn’t see properly due to the extreme cold. Although Rohit Shetty tried to encourage Shalin to push through, Shalin chose to withdraw from the task, missing his chance to proceed further.
Nimrit Shines and Impresses Rohit Shetty
Nimrit’s efforts did not go unnoticed, as Rohit Shetty commended her bravery and ability to stay in the icy water for 10 minutes. Even though she didn’t complete the puzzle in time, her grit earned her a spot in the top 5. After completing the stunt, she was sent for medical attention due to the cold conditions, but her fighting spirit was undeniable.
