Scooter Driver Identified, Woman Still Unidentified
While the woman remains unidentified due to the burqa she was wearing, the man driving the scooter has been caught on camera. The scooter’s number plate, partially visible, helped the authorities identify him, and one person has already been arrested. The motive behind the threat is under investigation, and police believe the man staged the incident to impress his girlfriend, with no actual ties to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
