Shibani, who comes from a Hindu background while Farhan is from a Muslim family, shared that these comments did not affect her. She said, “We got married and are very happy. That’s the truth. So, whatever people say, it doesn’t matter.”
Shibani also opened up about her experience with online trolling and negativity. She mentioned receiving comments like, “Who is she?” and “What was she before marrying Farhan?” These remarks, though harsh, made Shibani reflect on her journey. She said, “I’ve lived 39 years before meeting him. Should I trust a stranger or should I trust my own life experience?” It was a reminder for her to stay grounded and not let online criticism define her self-worth.
