    During the interview, Shoaib Akhtar shared a personal story about his own life, talking about how he took care of his mother by becoming her personal driver for 11 years. He mentioned how his devotion to his mother reminds him of another person who shares the same values—Salman Khan.

    “He is a much bigger person than me,” Akhtar said about Salman, adding that Salman Khan behaves with utmost humility in front of his parents. Akhtar went on to say, “I have seen it with my own eyes. He stands in front of his parents like a servant.”

    This revelation from the former fast bowler left many surprised, as it’s not something often associated with larger-than-life movie stars. However, Akhtar emphasized that Salman’s respect for his parents is one of the qualities that sets him apart.

    Akhtar has a long-standing relationship with both the Khans and continues to speak highly of them. In the interview, he shared that Salman Khan often compliments him by saying they are very similar. However, Akhtar humbly responds, “No, you are a much better person than me.”
