Dhruvi Patel has recently been crowned Miss India Worldwide 2024, marking a significant milestone in her career. This prestigious beauty pageant, conducted outside India, is a prominent platform for young women of Indian descent worldwide. This year’s event took place in Edison, New Jersey, and saw strong competition from participants around the globe. Dhruvi, originally from Connecticut, USA, is currently studying Computer Information Systems at Quinnipiac University. She’s not only focused on her education but also passionate about achieving great heights in entertainment and philanthropy.

Balancing Studies with Passion for Pageantry

Dhruvi Patel has always dreamt of walking the ramp and being part of the glamorous world of beauty contests. Her interest in pageantry began at the age of eight, but due to her dedication to studies, she initially held back. Now, she has found a way to balance both her academic career and her passion. Prior to winning Miss India Worldwide, Dhruvi had already made waves by winning the title of Miss India New England 2023. The Miss India Worldwide competition, organized by the India Festival Committee (IFC) under the leadership of Neelam and Dharmatma Saran, is a celebration of Indian heritage and values abroad.

Dreams of Bollywood and Humanitarian Work

When crowned Miss India Worldwide 2024, Dhruvi Patel expressed her joy and sense of responsibility. She said, “Winning Miss India Worldwide is not just about the crown; it’s a platform to inspire people globally. I aim to represent my culture and values in everything I do.” With big dreams ahead, Dhruvi revealed that she hopes to enter the world of Bollywood and also aspires to work as an ambassador for UNICEF. She considers this win a stepping stone toward the entertainment industry and charity work, both of which she is deeply passionate about.
