The transaction was completed on August 23, with Kangana paying a stamp duty of ₹9.37 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000. Speculation About the Sale of Her Bandra Bungalow

The property in question is a two-storey building located on a 285-square-meter plot, with a built-up area of 3,042 square feet and an additional 500 square feet of parking space.
