This stunning property is spread across 2,971 square feet and comes with four spacious parking spots, covering an additional 413 square feet. The total value of this duplex is an eye-popping ₹30.6 crore. The actor paid ₹1.84 crore in stamp duty and ₹30,000 for registration fees, securing his spot in this premium neighbourhood in September 2024.

By choosing Pali Hill, Prithviraj joins the ranks of several Bollywood stars who call this area home.
