Famous YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner, Elvish Yadav, is once again in the spotlight, but this time for all the wrong reasons. His legal troubles seem to be increasing as the Enforcement Directorate (ED) continues its investigation against him. Recently, Elvish was summoned by the ED in connection with a rave party case. According to reports, he was called to the Lucknow office for questioning, where he spent nearly eight hours under interrogation.
ED’s Ongoing Investigation
Elvish Yadav’s issues with the ED began earlier this year when his name came up in a money laundering case. The ED had previously questioned him in July 2024, and now, he was summoned again to provide more details about his connections, bank accounts, properties, and other assets. According to sources, the officials are digging deeper into his involvement in various cases related to illegal activities.
During this lengthy interrogation, ED officials also seized Elvish’s mobile phone to examine his photos, videos, and chat messages. This step was taken to gather more evidence related to the ongoing investigation. A video of Elvish leaving the ED office has also surfaced online, showing him walking out after hours of questioning.
Past Allegations and Arrest
Elvish Yadav was arrested in March 2024 in connection with a case of smuggling snake venom, which was allegedly supplied at rave parties in Noida. The police had filed an FIR against Elvish and five other individuals under various sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, Wildlife Protection Act, and Indian Penal Code (IPC). Though he was granted bail five days after his arrest, the case is still being actively investigated by the authorities.
The Viral Video and Controversy
Apart from his legal issues, a new controversy has erupted after a video of Elvish Yadav went viral on social media. In the video, Elvish is seen coming out of the ED office after his interrogation. When the media tried to ask him questions, he appeared to dismiss them, saying, “Move aside, go home, you must be dying of hunger.” This comment stirred mixed reactions online, with some people criticizing him for being arrogant and rude, while others stood by him.
Elvish Responds to the Trolling
After facing backlash for his comments, Elvish Yadav took to social media to address the situation. In response to the trolls, he shared another video, which shows a crowd of paparazzi following him. He captioned it, “This is for those who consider media as the fourth pillar of democracy.” His post seemed to express his frustration with the media, but it also attracted both support and criticism from his followers.
Continuous Media Attention
Since winning Bigg Boss OTT 2, Elvish Yadav has remained in the headlines. While he has a large fan base, his recent legal troubles and controversies have kept him under constant media scrutiny. The ED’s investigation is still ongoing, and Elvish continues to find himself at the center of attention, both for his legal cases and his interactions with the press.
