New Delhi: Bigg Boss 18 contestant Hema Sharma, popularly known as ‘Viral Bhabhi’, has found herself in the middle of a legal controversy. Her ex-husband, Gaurav Saxena, has publicly accused her of false allegations and shared his side of the story through his YouTube channel, ‘Gaurav Ki Kahani’. Gaurav claims that Hema has been making it difficult for him to meet their son, along with demanding an expensive flat.
Gaurav’s Claims on YouTube
Gaurav started his YouTube channel for his two-year-old son, intending to share his perspective on their separation. He revealed that Hema has not allowed him to meet their child and has placed conditions on their interactions. According to Gaurav, Hema demanded he buy a flat worth Rs 2.50 crore in exchange for meeting their son. He added that while he is already paying monthly rent for the house Hema lives in, buying such an expensive property is beyond his reach.
Gaurav further shared that he has been paying Hema between Rs 3 to 4 lakh monthly up until March 2024, and since their separation in April 2024, he has been providing Rs 1 lakh per month. He emphasized that despite their separation, he continues to cover the rent for the house where Hema lives.
Accusations of Kidnapping
Among other accusations, Hema claimed that Gaurav kidnapped their son. However, Gaurav denied these allegations, stating that Hema voluntarily allowed him to spend time with their child. He also expressed frustration, alleging that Hema had threatened to file domestic violence charges against him. Gaurav raised concerns about Hema participating in Bigg Boss 18 without informing him about leaving their son behind.
Gaurav’s Appeal to Colors Channel
Gaurav requested Colors TV, the broadcaster of Bigg Boss 18, to release the full footage from the show so that the public could see the entire situation for themselves. He hopes that the truth will come to light through these episodes.
Hema Sharma’s Career and Controversies
Hema Sharma, who rose to fame as ‘Viral Bhabhi’ due to her viral dance videos, is currently participating in the popular reality show Bigg Boss 18, hosted by Salman Khan. In addition to her reality TV fame, Hema has also appeared in Bollywood films such as Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se, One Day: Justice Delivered, and Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum.
