Ajay Devgan, the famous Bollywood actor, has recently rented out his commercial office space in Andheri, Mumbai, to well-known director Kabir Khan. This office, located in the Signature Tower on Veera Desai Road, covers 3,455 square feet and includes three parking spots. Kabir Khan Entertainment will be paying a monthly rent of ₹7 lakh for this property.
The lease agreement is set to be finalized in September, and a security deposit of ₹30 lakh has been placed for a 60-month lease. For this transaction, a stamp duty of ₹1.12 lakh was also paid. Ajay Devgan, along with his wife Kajol, owns several properties in the Signature Tower, highlighting their strong real estate presence in the area.

Ajay Devgan has been actively investing in real estate. In April 2023, he bought five units in Andheri West for ₹45.09 crore. Additionally, he owns a luxurious 474.4 square meter house in Juhu, which he purchased for ₹47.5 crore. With the rent from his latest office lease, Ajay will now earn ₹7 lakh per month.

Upcoming Movie: ‘Singham Again’
On the professional front, Ajay Devgan is gearing up for the release of his upcoming movie, Singham Again. Originally scheduled for release on August 15th, the movie has now been postponed to Diwali, promising to be a blockbuster hit during the festive season.
