Krishna humorously recalls this moment, saying, “He carried me on his shoulders for 4 hours. If my uncle had not made that vow, I wouldn’t be standing here today.”

“When I finally decided to go, Krishna was already 3-4 years old,” Govinda says, laughing as Krishna adds, “I was strong by then.”
As they reached the base of the hill at Vaishno Devi, Govinda admits he felt daunted by the climb ahead. “I saw the hill in front of me and began to sit down,” he shares. But then, something incredible happened. “A miracle occurred. I had decided to carry him on my shoulders, and suddenly, 20 devotees came out of nowhere. They lifted me like a lift, holding both my hands and helping me up the hill.”
